We are delighted to welcome Chuck and Taryn Freeland as our new Senior Pastors.  

After a thorough discernment process where we have seen the fingerprints of God in so many ways and His leading both for Verso and for Chuck and Taryn, we are excited to see all that God is going to do in us and through us in this next part of our journey.

Get to Know Us, with Chuck and Taryn -- Events

Appointed, anointed, commissioned, and ready to go! But what Chuck and Taryn are most eager to do, is spend time getting to know all the people who make up Verso Vineyard Church.

To do this, we are putting on two events where you can ask whatever question you would like, or you can just hear them share their hearts and minds as they respond to others.

Who are Chuck and Taryn?

Chuck and Taryn were the Senior Pastors of Catalyst Vineyard Church in Aberdeen, Scotland and Regional Leaders for Scotland. They will have also been, and continue  to be Associate National Directors of Vineyard Churches UK & Ireland.

Catalyst Vineyard is a vibrant, multisite church with a heart for multiplication, discipleship and community outreach.

They have been married for 23 years and have 3 grown up children.  Chuck and Taryn met in church in their younger years, Taryn was on staff leading events and Chuck in pastoral.  Following bible college they moved to Scotland and joined what was Aberdeen Church, about 20 years ago, and eventually became Senior Pastor and then joined Vineyard and pioneered a multi-site model.

They have pioneered multisite (having been helpful to all multi-site churches in the Vineyard, including ours), they have also pioneered leadership development which they have asked to roll out for VCUKI to name but a few.

As Associate National Directors their remit is to oversee the ministry functions of VCUKI including multiply and Vineyard College.
